The snow was really blowing now, and Jonah had never felt safer. He wished it could stay this way forever in Lex's cozy room.
For one thing, the sex was really good. It didn't feel like anything in a porn magazine. No, this was warm, natural and happened out of no where. He guessed, as he smiled now thinking he didn't know it could be quite that amazing.
He didn't want to say anything, but he'd been just as scared as Lex. And being here at her place scared him all the more. He couldn't have sex with Lex while her mother was upstairs. But then he began to think there would always be an obstacle, wouldn't there? Always something out to get him, he guessed. But he had had time to think. No one he used to work for had been out to break him, as of yet. Maybe they were all gone now. He doubted it.
And then he'd kissed her on the forehead one morning when she was thinking about what to wear to school. Her smile hit him just right and he knew what he wanted and it had happened as if hot liquid had poured over them and made them one.. they couldn't get enough of each other. It was amazing. She'd missed school that day. Stayed in bed with him, instead.
Only 4 hours later, he'd gotten a call from the grocery store. "Could you start tomorrow?" It was as if everything was working out. Jonah couldn't get over it. It was all the Christmas he needed. Things were getting better. What could go wrong now?
His cell rang just then as he was thinking about getting out of bed. It was his brother.
"Hey, sorry, I've been so busy, you know." Jonah grinned as he laid there in bed watching Lex sleep.
"Its OK. Just wanted to let you know, we're back," Noah said. "We're at Mom's."
"You're at mom's?" Jonah rose up on his elbows. "What happened?"
"You'll be mad at me." Noah told him.
"No, I won't." Jonah blinked, that's when Noah told him about Josie and the baby.
"One more thing," Noah said. "Did you know about Josie's Dad."
"What?" Jonah waited to hear how Josie's dad was dead. He winced then. He felt his body slightly shake wondering what was in store for him.

I felt kind of sad for josie about her dad but i geuss it's allright he was really horrible to her.
